Fresh Anti Inflammatory Fruit Infused Water With No Added Sugar

TOTAL TIME : 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 32 oz fresh, filtered water
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 cups cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 1“-1.5” ginger, grated

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add in all of the fruits, cucumber, and ginger to a large pitcher.
  2. Pour the water over the fruit and mix well.
  3. Allow chilling in the fridge for 2-4 hours before serving.
  4. Mix well and serve with a large ladle or spoon to scoop out the fruit and ginger into glasses. Add ice if needed.
