Cucumber, Mint and Lime Refreshers

  • 8 cups water
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1-2 limes, juice and zest
  • 2 tablespoons mint


  • Mix everything, optionally pureeing in a food processor and straining the solids out, before chilling in the fridge and enjoying!

Option: Replace 4 sups water with 6 cups of ice and puree in a blender to make smoothies!
